Isn't the start of a new tour when approved skins are uploaded to the hangar? Can't recall seeing any new skins announced in the text buffer.

I didn't see any yet. I bet within a couple of days they will pop.

I think they missed the update this tour, they must be busy because one of the skins I submitted is still waiting to be reviewed.
