You don't have to have served to get this. I was blessed with wretched eye sight and a promise that I would end up working on the procurement end if I did join because of my skills. So I settled for making the equipment as best as I possibly good for the guys at the "pointy end".

Unfortunately, there are some who don't get it.  There's great appreciation for those of you who make gear for use on the "pointy end".   :salute

People who have never served will never understand how emotional a topic this is for us.

To be honest Rich I do try.  I 100% support those who were called and went and would get indignant at an imposter.

Wrong.   I never served and volunteer for the Michigan Patriot Guard and also for the Freedom Center at Detroit Metropolitan Airport shuttling stranded Vets all over the Tri-State Area.    Don't lump all civilians into the same ball of wax.

Also wrong.  If you've never walked in those shoes, you'll never fully understand.  Yes, you can appreciate the service of those who have.  That is greatly appreciated!   :salute
