            Ya know, this Small vs Big map issue has been beaten to death. I still don't see HOW it would make a difference. I never have trouble finding a fight on ANY map. but with that being said.. there is an Easy fix if HTC were so inclined to make some of there customers happy. Open another arena. Name it OFF PEAK, or Small maps, Or skirmish land or something, and only rotate the small maps on it. Problem solved.

I like to get into a plane and fly around like im a ww2 pilot and possibly initiate an attack to preemptively thwart the evil enemies plans of destruction and ruining.  :airplane:

Or maybe even get in a ground vehicle amongst the all powerfull trees and pretend im a ww2 tanker and possibly initiate an attack to preemptively thwart the evil enemies plans of destruction and ruining.  :joystick:

  We don't have that already..

    EW, only early palnes.. all maps in rotation
    Mw early and mid planes.. all maps in rotation.
    WW1 1 map.. ghost town

       Another arena with ALL planes enabled and only small maps.  or better still, maybe a new map with 3 islands, 4-5 bases and ports each. and no large or medium bombers. just fighters, jaybos and gvs.
 now that would be a guaranteed fight !

... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

Warbirds was PAST dead when I joined in 2009/2010. It was like flying in the DA. . .except most of the time the arena was accompanied by AI's

 I just googled warbirds and it took me to their website which apparently is up and running.

Behind the complaining is the common desire to make the game more healthy and fun, don't forget that.

It seems that the WWI adventure was nothing but wasted resources on HTC:s part.

Crazy idea: make maps dynamic. You have a large map, with 10 players enable 1 closest field on all sides. With 100 players enable 10 closest fields on all sides. With 1000 players enable 100 closest fields on all sides.

That way you can have a huge map but you still have concentrated fights depending on player numbers.
