Great shooting, Bad acting.
« on: September 19, 2014, 11:51:53 AM »
I came across this clip of Tom Knapp shooting the lures off of Bill Dance's fishing lines with a .22 as he's casting them and thought I'd share.

If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

That doesn't look like a 10/22...  Looks like a Mossberg Plinkster.

Miss them both.  Knapp was a fantastic shooter, and a good showman, and all round nice guy as well.

Ad Topperwein would have been fantastic as well if he had lived during the days of TV.  His wife was a fair hand with the iron as well -  "Plinky's record, the first recorded for a woman shooting aerial targets, consisted of hitting 967 of 1,000 clay targets with a .22 Semi-automatic rifle. "
