I fly the 190 quite a bit, (not so much this tour) and I think it is a great plane. The guns are way underrated, 250rpg for the cannon is a LOT. I think it kills bombers just as well as just about anything.

The one thing that I fear the most in the D9 though is a P-51 with some speed. If one of those shows up, I know I`m in trouble.

Reverse that, and the P-51 in my opinion has a better chance of evading.

Ill put my money on miss D anytime(but im a 190guy),,,also you can spot the p51 from
a pretty long distance(either its a p51 or a b17),and then the colours look a bit gayish to me

The Dora does everything better, but to get outta town.

It's a stable gun platform with at least cannon. Although they just don't hit like I want them to. Pry realistic, but i dont care, more hit damn it! (Oh and fix the engine damage, that's a tad annoying but it's so good i don't ever squeak much)

I find the P51 VERY hard to fly. Seriously.

Im guessing it's because the FW190's are like trains nailed to the tracks. Stable, fun, fast, and with speed do what ya need.

Gimme Hangtime as a wingman in a P51, this Dora SHINES suckas! And that is a fact.

they are the same in one respect.. neither should be in a mostly mid war arena.

I never have much problem with D9s or G10s in a pony. Occasional G6 will give me fits, but 1v1 against any 190 or G10, I love my chances.

If the match keeps fast, both planes are more or less equally effective. If the fight slows down, Dora will outaccelerate the P51 and will, probably, win the duel.

1 on 1 I would take 190D..Use it's much superior climb rate and rope that 'Stang!!..But I prefer the p51 in MA cause it has soul man..
