I completely agree.  It was sad it took so long for someone to just come out and STATE "He cheated!".  

I wonder what the next accusation will be?   Decompliling the game binaries and libraries into source code and inserting back doors and secret cheat codes?  Paying HTC for faster planes? Unlocking the secret "Like The Flash!" achievement for a 10% increase in speed?
