<S> Bishops

After 5 years a Rook its been a genuine privilege to fight on the Bish team for the past 3 tours. It has been a very cool experience to fight alongside former adversaries and to fight former teammates. I highly recommend to all players to try a different country for a tour or two, it really freshened up the game for me. Soon I'll look forward to fighting for the Knights, then rotating back to the Rooks.

When I switched to Bish, my reception was understandably a little chilly at first with some of the Bish players due to the circumstances under which I switched, but it thawed out pretty quickly I think. So don't let that discourage any consideration of switching sides, the cool players vastly outnumber the few hotheads that are present on all sides. Eventually, even the hotheads will work with you on taking bases, etc. As former military (and a very average AH player) this is the aspect of the game I enjoy most, working as a team.

Anyway, thats my 2 cents, don't want to get too mushy lol <S> all!

I think I'll rotate sides every 2-3 tours or maybe join a squad that rotates like the AK's or Spartans. But I'll rotate back to the Bish sooner or later <S>

NEVER EVER TRUST A WEZEL!! Especially if he tells you it's ok to up it's not camped because the enemy won't shoot you, they're all sitting around a campfire toasting marshmallows!!

I flew on the bish side twice a few tours ago for a couple hours each time. I wasn't able to stay any longer than that because the constant hate being spewed from a few of the members towards their teammates made me loose my apatite. In addition, there are quite a few bish that I don't like (too many to squelch when flying with them).

I wouldn't go that far, but I will say if you aren't switching chess pieces once in a while, you are missing out on a great part of the game.  As CO of the AK's, my intent is to keep our monthly rotation in place.
