...of listening and responding to any of the requests by their clients?
The game has reached near implossion and you simply worry about eye candy. Do you have research that shows the difference between life and death will change the trajectory of the virtual skies? I've read that this is a side gig for GrapeVine, Texas....it shows.
boo

The OP had a ruff weekend in the MA. Game play is getting worst and those looking to play any other way the horde run the map are having a harder time to find that game play.
On Mindanao map Saturday night the attack was focused on 44..... surprise ! Rooks had 20-30 guys in GVs trying to cap the town and resupply. Mean while Bishops and Knights were coming in with 20-30 guys working the town and occasionally a hanger or two. Defense from the air was useless as most were low other than the "pickers" circling like vulchers over a corpse. It pretty much was BnZ attacks on buffs and goons while dodging pickers. Attackers had low buffs dieing most every run to repeat over and over. Fighters tried to drop GVs for easy kills while dodging the BnZers, not a real fight any where.
No missions, no attempts at an organized defense, all on Mindanao which with a bit or organization bases can be rolled pretty quick.
While the graphics update will help, tweaking game play is a must if people are going to WANT to stay and subscribe.
The OP was not clear as to why he felt the need to post his opinion that HTC doesn't care about the game or the game's subscribers. His somewhat picturesque prediction of the demise of the game had absolutely nothing of concrete value attached to it. Fugi provided a reason, an example .... that involved a long-drawn-out battle but game play that neither he nor (supposedly) the OP could stomach. And this is supposed to be something that can be corrected by HT.
But then .... it has already been stated that HT doesn't care. What a rather lazy though convenient method to prop up one's own frustrations.
What I'm not seeing is a shred of constructive suggestion.
Oh, and some thicker skin on some of the squeakier wheels.
