A big yes +5. Very historic and she's a good looking bird. Some people have said the waist gunner's were opposite of each other instead of off set in later models. In this game you can only fire one side or the other so that is of no matter. (B-26 waist gunners are opposite of each other).

I've been watching old episodes of 12'OClock high on youtube and they are all flying F models (first thing I noticed).   
Given the number of people that want to come down on B17s instead of doing a head on attack, I'd probably fly the F just for the extra dorsal .50 Cal.

Memphis Belle, right? I think the one at the Museum of Flight in Seattle is an 'F' model also. Sure, I'm for it.  :aok

+1 but it would be a long way down the list. A B-17 that is a bit faster and carries 1 more 50cal with a limited arc covering the High 6, does not sound like it would add much to the game.

Beaufighter, Boomerang, Macchi C.200 & Wellington for example, I feel would add more to the game at this time.

It's a valid wish. There is literally no single airplane you could add to AH that would change the game drastically (except perhaps the F8F). DWHBG is a pretty big group of guys that enjoy flying scenario type events in the main arena and for that reason alone I think this wish should be honored.

:airplane: No doubt a great aircraft, but I would opt for the twin 50's of the top turret than the single 50 in the dorsal, when attacked from something on high!

Benn asking for the E/F model of the B-17 for the last 2 years. We mostly need the F model in this game. Esp for the Speaicals Events.
