First time I've seen them it anyway.

Following my squadie down on a low lanc west of A4. He clips the wing of the lanc and both go down. He doesn't bail, but explodes on the surface of the water. The lanc disappears as three (3) chutes come out of it. I asked a nearby pilot who was awarded the kill of the lanc if he had seen three chutes come out of the lanc? "I thought I did" was his reply.

Is Hitech working on multicrew (more than one gunner) capability?

Next I was straffing the ack at an enemy depot. I got two in one pass, but the third one pinged me. The damage was a hole in my left wing tank (P-51). When I looked to the left, I saw the fuel trail coming out of the wing tip, instead of the usual white smoke from the fuselage.

Enhanced damage model?

Anyone else seen stuff like this?

Cc fire occurs a lot more often on my plane and on others as well. I think it's a good thing.
I don't know if fire automatically leads to an explosion, or if it goes out by itself on some rare occasions. Has anyone an answer?

(btw, it would be kewl to have the fire extinguishers on the big bombers...)

On more the one occasion I have joined a buff as a gunner and at the same time another person joined.

We both ended up as gunners. We could occupy the same gun position as well as seperate positions. We could not see each others tracers but could see ammo being used.

I had noticed this months ago but never posted it to prevent any possible exploitation.

Also during the dx beta versions you could re-arm your gv on the re-arm pad but fellas in 1.07 could not. I never posted this either tol avoid the endless ammo m16s.

There are numerous "other" things of this nature but I will not post them.

The term "exploitation" is subjective and I'm not sure that either things I mentioned can be "exploited" to any effect. But atleast we aren't reading numerous threads about multiple buff gunner dweebs and unfair gv re-arm dweebs.

Not everything that you discover needs to be passed on through the bbs.

HTC can allow as many gunners to a position as they wish, the reason they don't allow more than one gunner, if I remember correctly from the conversation with HT, is that it would bog down the band width or the lag would become unbearable, I forget..sounds like they forgot something in the code this version.

We used to be able to fully staff a bomber in AW3.

Don't know about stuff like bandwith, but I would much rather take on a buff that was being manned than the singly occupied one that has the ability to scyncronize flying the plane and aiming the guns. Not having every gun pointing at you at the same time would help too.  :D

I'd love to see fully manned bombers like WB or AW.  Would be a hoot for squad nights.
