Do they not have a forum where you could ask?

I have no problem. I just don't understand why you would come to AH forums to ask questions about another game, especially when a simple google search will turn up your answer (as I have provided in the link above.)

What is your problem?.

We talk about ROF in these forums and Elite

Cliff of Dover is a flight sim and so is AH and the other forums are poor

AH is big enough to allow discussions of other games

What is your in game name?.

I have never heard of you even though you have been player since 2010

If you could surf the internet for me i would appreciate it :old:

These forums will help you, Zach:

http://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6

Note that ATAG runs two multiplayer servers of their own and they are quite good and usually full of people (at least they were when I played CLOD regularly).

The forum also has links to the Team Fusion mod and a support forum as well.  You really need the TF mod to make CLOD the game it was intended to be.

Hope that helps...

I have COD and team fusion but with my work schedule I havnt been able to check them out and only have just installed them. Luckily we have a lot of over time available at work and Ive been snapping that up so right now I can only play AH a few times a week.

Thats what I love about AH. You jump in one of any many number of vehicles and just go. Eventually I'll buy IL2 BOS as well when I have time. From what I can tell there usually a decent crowd on the TS server.

While asking about another game on this board may ruffle HTC's feather's, it's exactly where I would ask for an opinion on it. Their forum and hence, it's users will be biased towards that game. Any opinion given is likely to be very positive and not objectively offered. By asking here, he is more likely to get an objective response comparing the pros and cons of that game vs. AH.

He's not asking for an opinion, he is asking for a "how to". It would be like going to a woodworking website and asking how to tig weld aluminum.  While some users may know, you would have much better luck going to a welding website.

While your point of view is respectable, and certainly understandable, I see it as a guy who maybe doesn't want to sign up for another forum and ask a whole new group of people questions when he's not even sure he's going to do more than just get in and check the game out and maybe never play it multiplayer again.  It's a far more difficult sim than Aces High, and no other flight sim out there does multiplayer as well as Aces... it may simply not be his cup of tea.

So, he went to his friends (cue Cheers theme song) instead.

Maybe raise on up off his rump, gosh.
