Nice list of fixes. I'll be interested in seeing how the strat is with cities having to be comlpetely down for a capture to work.

But I'm not sure I undertand them being down for 3 hours...that sure makes it easy for another side to cap it, if its still in that 3 hour timespan. If I understand that correctly?

it's the cities, not the towns which are down for 3 hours.

dunno i understand it means:

Airfield capture: the whole village has to be down before you can capture the AF map room

Cities: if you flatten a City AND a factory, the factory will need 3 hours to repair

might be wrong tho
