What if you had to earn your way into Late-war? 

Everything within reason is un-perked in EW and everything tier-wise is perked in higher arenas 

Unfortunately people would have to fly something other than a Mustang then 

And most bigger squads would end up being anchored to EW and MW while the chest-thumpers would/may populate LW

Midwar still has some good people and some good fights.  The basic problem is that perks earned in EW or MW are transferable to LW; hence the first two, because of their lower populations, permit easy perk farming, and this establishes the current nature of those arenas.

Would be a very easy fix.

What I've observed goes on in midwar is pretty simple.  A small gang of 1-5 players rolling bases. 

When I attack them they flop fronts.

I once saw a lone jug flying aimlessly around our field for hours, circle after circle. It was knida scary...

Last time I logged into mid war, the mid war regulars were circling the airfield I started at in jeeps and halftracks.  Except the jeep in front had two paratroopers tied up like hood ornaments and the jeep's driver was wearing a hockey mask and rambling about how he was the humungus and I needed to surrender the base's fuel tanks in exchange for safe passage away from that airfield.

If everyone who likes to fly 25 Eny planes and above should go to MW or EW. That way the arena gets more populated and thos 5 ENY planes like spit16, la7, p51 and much more LW plane can enjoy their LW advantages lol.

But if I go to the MW arena then I can't kill P51D, Spit 16, or La7 with an i-16

I always wondered why everyone in LW who didn't like to fight, have not migrated to MW where no one wants them to fight. But, LW would be kind of sparse and the MW regulars would be in here whining.
