So, as wished for, -1.  Too many folks with the perks to up over and over with the big one.

But, it would be interesting and something fresh.  I would want it added in a way that promotes combat and action.  Climbing to 30K, hanging out and waiting to see if that dar bar is a single 29 with the bomb is fine but the ratio of loitering time vs fighting time isn't my favorite.

It would need to come with some mechanism that encourages a fight.  Basically, it needs to have the opposite effect of what the real ones had.

I would say no.
However if it was going to be done I would do it like this.
Number 1 ranked bomber in late war from previous month gets a 1 time shot with a single B-29 & the only target it will work at is HQ of enemy country's.
Plus when that B-29 is upped a special type of alert warns it is in the air.
If said B-29 hits target that country wins the war.

i came up with this mostly as a joke ,due to some of the frustrations we have when we are outnumbered and most of our bases belong to the other side. i think lyric1 has a good idea here . when i think of this warning and the mass of escort fighters and a minimum of 30,000 feet drop hitting a HQ with a single b29 in what would be a desperate measure for sure considering every side would throw every resource to stop it .... what a furball  this would make . just a thought ? but as this is just a WISH LIST  lets not get carried away.
