Given how long it takes to champion causes in this game. You may have a better shot at asking HiTech to create a perked class of ETO allied fighters that run on 150 octane fuel to run down those you are trying to effectively get neutered. Realistically that would be the P51D, Spit14 and Tempest. Then you make sure they get a big bold Icon from 6k in like:

P51D-Perk
sp14-Perk
Tmp-Perk

The 150 octane 51 and spit14 outmatched the K4 on WEP. I'm throwing in the Tempest for the irritation factor. Most players with perks to burn would take the 51 since it handles better for MA combat at the speed ranges you are attempting to neuter.

I've never seen HiTech add a perk to long standing unperked rides. I've seen him unperk two in almost 15 years.

If anything I think the Wirble should be perked just a little bit. I haven't seen an Osti or M16 in years, and why would you take one when you can grab a free quad 20mm of death?

Always thought that if ever ordinance perks were introduced then the 3 cannon load out on the  La7 would qualify.

The C model and -4 Corsairs are perked and the P-51 is as good or better.  I could see maybe the La-7,190 D9 and 109 K4 perked a little.

-4 is probably the best plane in the game... C Hog has the best gun package in the game

Most of the planes mentioned in the thread don't need to be perked, just need to have the entire ENY looked at.

Maybe a weekly poll for each of the Aircraft that have had a lot of ENY/Perk threads in the wish list section then HTC can make their decision with that

That goes for the P51D, P38L, La7, Spit 16, and the Lancs/B24's/B17's.
