The bottom Sherman has the old narrow tracks with duck bill extenders. The M4A3E8 had the improved, wider track.
This is probably an M4A3E4(76)W. Late in the war, upgraded M4A3s received the improved M1A2 76mm with the muzzle brake.

T34s and m4 could be killed up to 4km. With long 88mn
If my memory serves me right percentage of hitting at that distance is less than 25%.
