This thread ought to be called "Which is more fun to kiss, your mom or your sister?".  How about putting on your big boy pants and stepping into a B-25.  A bomber armed with a tank gun.  The same one that M-24 Chaffee used.  Until you have spent more time with your stall horn blaring than not on a sortie, you can't truly appreciate the nature of anti-tanking.  Come in at 50 feet off the deck at close to 300mph, and fire a 75mm HE shell point blank into the side of the turret of a panzer.  Or if you miss, pull into the vertical with wep engaged, drop full flaps at 100mph and hammerhead the Mitchell for another go at the target.  You'll be firing straight down onto tank now, into the thinnest of the armor. The amazing rudder authority of the 25 will allow you to swing your sights right onto the commander's hatch.  To add insult to injury, even if your first few shots don't kill the enemy tank, hose him down with 50 cal from the tail gun and you climb out for another run.

The 75mm cannon on the B-25H was the T13E1/M5 which was a lightweight version of the M3 75mm cannon found on the M4 Sherman and late model M3 Lee.  The Chaffee used the M6, which was derived from the T13E1/M5 but not the same cannon.  The only difference between the two was that the T13E1/M5 on the B-25H is slightly longer than the T13E1/M6 found on the M24 Chaffee.

I do agree that the B-25H is probably one of the best tank killers in the game with the ability for a 1 shot kill on any tank and the ability to hit at farther ranges than any other tank busting plane in the game.

Any of you gents have any screen shots showing the placement of your rounds on the tank? I love shooting at them, but can never seem to get those one pass kills (in most if not all of our tank busters in game)

Here are a couple of films tank busting and LVT hunting in a B-25H.

One of the nice benefits of the 75mm cannon on the B-25H, is that you don't need a direct hit on the soft-skinned vehicles, a near hit is usually enough to take out a vehicle like a M3, jeep or even a LVT.
