Officer's Golf Course

I would like a golf course added back by HQ, so that while I am waiting for squad events and HQ raiders I can work on the short irons.

While we're at it, it might be easier to add cards, checkers, chess and light reading to the O.C.s.

Might make for an interesting hazard on the course to have random sheep movement.

I think most would end up staying in the O'Club most of the time during off hours 
  Still a + 1 for times when fights are in short supply.
