Free to someone who needs it - AMD / XFX 6970 2GB

This is 3 year-old video card. It looks and runs like new. It can run Aces High at 1080P with all settings maxed at (sans environment updates) at 40-50FPS. If you run a lesser resolution or lower settings, it'll perform even better.

It DOES requires a 500-600W power supply with two 8-pin connectors, an available PCI Express slot, and a case large enough to fit the card.

I'm giving it away to someone who can use it. Don't care who you are, if you need it, it's yours. If you're planning on reselling it or don't really need it, please don't cheat someone else out of it by asking for it.

You think throwing something like that into a Lenovo desktop with a core i3 is practical?  I haven't built a gaming machine in awhile.

Nice! I have shipped parts to the UK several times. It's damn expensive.

Yes, international shipping costs from the USA seem to be very high. I offered to pay for the shipping but Skyyr showed true sportmanship by insisting he'd cover that too.

As for the mailing costs I can't understand the logic of them: At Ebay I can order items from China or USA for the same price, with the huge difference that the Chinese price often includes shipping, the travel being roughly the same. Our international mailing costs are also high, sending a couple of DVD's to Canada costs more than the contents.
