Some specs of your computer would help. First third of the DxDiag, for example.

The DxDiag report was a little too short, but it gave the model by which I could search for more information. [Edit] Thanks for the extension.[/edit]

First the good news: Your processor is quite good.

4 GB RAM is playable, although your overall computing experience might be more fluid with 8 GB.

Then the least good news: Your computer uses integrated Intel Graphics. If your computer has a pci-e 16x slot, you should be able to install a better video card. That would also mean upgrading the power supply accordingly. Unfortunately, if yours is of the small form factor models, that option would not exist.

Your best choice is to lower all graphics options in game to minimum, then one by one adding one notch or check mark at a time until you reach the point where playability suffers too much to your liking. Probably quite soon...

This computer is 10,000 times better than the one I play on at home...I have every option turned all the way up and it never comes off of 59 or 60 fps no matter the number of cons around...it has 2 pci express slots and 1 pci legacy...im considering buying 2 video cards as I have 2 of these computers in my office...one with multiple displays that has been slightly slower than this one with one...but the one with multiple displays is my database computer here so no game on it  :devil

But my general complaint is I cant see the dot contacts on the clipboard map...

Alright, that would be a good gamer with a decent video card and a bigger power supply. As I said, the processor is very good. The main reason of you getting strange graphics is that Intel graphics handle game coding in a different way to AMD or nVidia. So it's not actually underpowered, it just doesn't mix with all games.

I know about some guys who like to get a decent Dell and re-equip it with a gaming level video card and PSU and are very happy with the result.  :salute

That video card is the problem.  Tried as I might, I could not get a playable game with one of those...

If you find a way to make it work, let me know.

Thats the problem, the MINIMUM requirements for the game is 256 meg of video ram, recommended 512. So your video card isn't up to dispalying everything and so the icons are what it chooses NOT to display to try and give you other things.

Turn all the eye candy down and the drop the texture as low as you can and you MIGHT get it to play.

Hey guys thanks for the input....I have everything turned all the way up...I have no stutters or anything...its rock solid 59 to 60 consistently...its just those dot contacts on the clipboard map...and Ill tell you this...I'll take a solid fps over being able to see cons on the clipboard any day of the week...as I said before the computer I play at home is all over the place and wouldn't hold a solid 20 fps if you tried... :salute
