Or ‘An exercise for those adept at parsing scripts’
Overview: With the popularity of Fantasy Football & Fantasy Baseball, and with the plethora of statistics available, or calculable, on the players of Aces High, it only seems fitting that such statistics could be categorized, tallied, compared, reported, and abused by our own members, or even interested observers.
So I present to you the premise of the Aces High Fantasy Squad League.
Each league will have ‘squads’ comprised of drafted players to fit specific roles within the league definitions. As with the ‘real’ fantasy leagues, each player can only be chosen by a single ‘fantasy squad’ owner, within that league.
The statistics for each league will be customized for the flavor desired for that league.
There could be as many players on each squad as you’d like. Which stats you'd want tallied for each category, etc. It would be up to how the league is defined.
For instance..
A general purpose league might have
4 fighter s ( k/d, total kills, assists, hit %.. etc )
2 bombers ( damage, damage/sortie )
2 GV/Boat
2 supply/troop drivers
Squad
A fighter only league might have
10 fighters ( kills, k/d, hit %. k/sortie )
A GV only league
8 big gun
4 AA
2 Supply/troop
Etc.. You get the idea.
Since there isn’t really a season, a league can start and stop at any time, based on the start and stop time of each tour.
This is something that can be done completely separate of HTC so it would be up to the self-policing of those administrators for its upkeep/reporting… etc.
Anyway, just a thought..
Flame away!
