Just a reminder: a while back, somebody suggested changing the resupply times.  The idea was to make the town resupply add 4 minutes and the HQ resupply add 10 minutes.  Basically a reversal of the current settings.

This encourages base taking and discourages HQ griefing.  A win/win.  :aok

Why? Is it too hard to fly on to the next base and drop the VH?
