Interesting.  Reminds of Malcolm Gladwell's 2007 book Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking

It wont matter. One objective reverend wont mean anything when so many want to make mileage over all this. All the way up to Washington they do. Besides these make believe games arent even close to the real thing.

The attitudes of some communities towards us is frightening. Most of all the kids, "they must learn it from somewhere". And you cant expect people to take responsibility towards their actions to the Police when they dont even take responsibility towards their actions period.
