I think you put a lot of thought into your post, Trav. No need to flame that. I dunno how much effort it would take to code it that way or what potential problems may arise during the various patches it might take to implement the change but I acknowledge and support the logic you use.

I'm guessing something will be different with the new big release they are working on, but I would be happy with a simple fix of a set downtime for HQ like a hangar.  Still get to poke the enemy in the eye, easy to change (assumption on my part) and it doesn't stay down so long that people start logging off.

I'm not so sure.  Aside from the the ability to re-supply the town, the game plays pretty much as it did from day one.  Some target have been rendered or limited in the amount of destruction that can  sustain, but that's about it.    We are playing capture the flag with planes, tanks and ships.  The limits of the supporting items, ammo bunkers, fuel bunkers, hangers, radar and darbar have been adjusted every now and again, but no major release has impacted the basic strategy of play.  People have been asking for maps that have working road and rail systems with bridges to destroy that would have an impact on an actual attacking or defending force.  The only hints form HiTech Creations about the new up coming release have been in the form of eye candy. I've seen no hints from HTC about changes to strategy.

Get rid of object resupply!

This game should be fun, not boring.

Resupplying is no fun and very boring!
