Do the 3.5mm to USB adapters work worth a crap?  I'm just curious since I use my headset for my PS4 occasionally.

You'll only get stereo sound but the sound quality is decent, nothing to rave about.

Kave 5.1 requires 5.1 sound card :old:

usb is for power and plugs for your card

pipz bought some stereo headphones and uses the free razer 7.1 simulated software, he says it very good.

I'm using the Turtle Beach px 3 wireless the sound quality is phenomenal and what I really like about them is that there's a little switch box that comes with the headphones so that you can either use it for PC, Playstation or Xbox . The headphones do a great job of eliminating all the outside noise interference so all you hear is the game.
