I would say anywhere you go from avg winter temps of -40 or -50 to 0 or above is an improvement but thats just me..  Isn't it possible to get frostbite from a draft at those temps lol?

I am colder than hell with 40 degree rains and whipping winds here in the northeast, trying to turn down my heat for a lower heating bill seems impossible, what the heck type of heating bills do you guys get up there...

I think we average about $125 a month for the winter months of Dec - Feb. Oct, Nov, Mar are usually $75 give or take.
