Too much meat in westen diet, we are not designed for this,  search Jane Goodall work, she spent 55 years watching chimpanzees in the wild ; we share over 90% of genes with this creatures;  only 3% of their diet is meat, (mostly insects,larves;)  the rest fruits leafs nuts.
