anti-alisin and shadows are what eats up the frames so bad. What are your set on?

Could be heat related.  Could be malware/virus/spyware.  Could be all the bloat loaded by HP.  Could be any of the anti-xxxx software they install as well.

I also noticed you had the NVidia sound drivers installed.  If you are not connecting your video card to a television and expecting to hear sound from the television, get rid of those drivers.  They can cause stability problems.

Are you using the original power supply? Although the GTX 750 doesn't seem to have an extra power input, it still might draw a little more juice than the original 250 Watt PSU can provide through the pci-e connector. Adding straws on a camel's back, so to say.

ok to answer all the imput lets start with the tv  it is hooked up to a sony 60 inch tv by hdmi cable, all spyware malware etc should of been detected by malewarebytes home premium and all scans appear clean. lol the only hp mumbo jumbo i keep is games the rest has been uninstalled . keep in mind also all security has been turned off when i play the game and this is a recent problem  and this game is the only program running . the only changes i have made is the addition of the x55 rhino hotas and trackir 5 and a powered usb . the x55 software is turned off as is the trackir 5 .
Bizman this upgrade was your  recommendation 10 months ago when i installed the 550 watt power supply with the gtx 750 video card. thank you again for the help.
the possibility of heat being a factor is 1 thing i have little control of ,although it is winter here in South Dakota and to much of the dissatisfaction of the miss's  i keep the temp at 65 degrees and the ventilation around the computer is plenty ample.
up until these past few days i had noticed a slight variable in the fps going from 60 down to 50 ish running all default video setting generally staying at 59 to 60 always . as i said this is recent, past 5 or 6 days. the only factor left  was the latest nvidia  driver upgrade  install

1) Never assume your computer is protected from anything.  The best protection is always behind the latest threat.

2) Windows is always changing, whether you like it or not.

3)  Computers are like any other machine.  If it suddenly is not acting exactly like it has been, something has changed to cause it.

I can safely state Aces High has not changed at all for quite some time.

Frame rate drops are usually due to the CPU being taken away from running the game.  Excess network activity, such as someone banging on your connection because your IP address was used by someone who ran torrents can cause the CPU to be taken away from running other things.

No, not at all.  I am saying do not assume anything about the state of your computer.  Check it from top to bottom.

If the CPU is not being clocked back, due to heat, nor the video card slowing down due to heat, then something must be taking the CPU away from the game, unless the slow downs are simply due to the hardware not keeping up within the current settings of the game.

These types of things are always problematic to debug.

OK  here is what i am going to do. first off i will open up my computer and check the fans for dust buildup and clean them.  next i will open the task manager  showing the graph of the cpu  expand it so it has a long window then run the game at my default graphic settings for about 30 mins then by hitting the window key downsizing the game window i will then quick take a screenshot of my cpu graph usage . is there any way to measure heat on the cpu and graphics card where you can monitor it? as i stated earlier any changes i made were the addition of the x55 and trackir 5 my windows 7 is up to date i use microsoft security essentials and malwarebytes home premium  for security but shut both off for game play.
1 note  this computer came with norton security and i uninstalled it from the control panel . is there a possibility there is still a trace of it interfering with the system?
these will be the steps i will take for now any more ideas will be helpful .

In order to undo the damage done, when Norton was installed, you have to get a tool from Symantec.

Such a hardware monitor program can be handy, especially if it can be set to record a log file or beep at a preset threshold. The Max temperature value sort of serves that purpose, too. Just remember to reset it before using.
