Inhaling aluminum particulates can lead to all kinds of brain disorders as well as a much shortened life.  Not something to mess with.

If the flames from the stove are turning green I imagine that's due to the flame reacting with gasses emmited from the metals you are melting.  I really hope you are not inhaling this stuff.  Some of it is probably harmless, but some totally isn't.
