Heh, I was wondering if we would get more alpha news soon, just had that feeling. I like what we're hearing already, should be a pretty positive near future once the beta becomes playable for the masses.
There is a FlightSimCon coming up in a few weeks sponsored by Saitek - sort of return to the 90s or early 2000s when flight sims were crazy popular may be coming IMO. Thanks in part to extremely popular games using HOTAS stuff like the new space games out there - I think guys who invest in the sticks want to find other uses for them, and from what I've read there has been a huge uptick in flight sim hardware sales. Even FlightSimulator X has a version coming out on Steam soon.
Anyhow, this Con is at the New England air museum, I'm thinking of going. My point is I think HTC is striking at a very, very good time in terms of the market potential with a new version of the best WW2 or even arguably just combat flight sim out there.
This is great news.
