Mode for bombers

We already have mode 1 for flight and mode 2 for vehicles why NOT allow for mode 3 or 4 to be autoselected at beginning of multi engine bombers ?

Wouldn't it be easier to set a key for mode 3 for those that want a separate flight mode for multi engine?

Its already simple as it is. Just set a key for it.
