B5N sub for Devastator

Quick question on the torpedoes

As a ALLIED flyer of a IJN B5N substituting for a Devastator attacking a IJN Task Group.....

Does my attack speed need to be less than 250MPH because I'm ALLIED or below 200MPH because I'm a ALLIED traitor flying lend lease IJN plane attacking a IJN Task Group using stolen IJN torpedo's?

According to Brooke it has to be less than 150MPH because you want to hit the boats with the fish. Run fishy run.

Also, are you an IJN traitor flying for the allies or are you an Allied traitor who is confused and shooting at the wrong boats?

You will still be using the Japanese torpedo with its lower water entry speed of about 200 mph.
