Hugh Ambrose is Dead at 48

Hugh and his father Stephen were able to put a human face on WWII history.  They helped many veterans tell their personal stories.  Sad that both are now gone.

Too young.  He will be missed.

I read "The Pacific".  I had no idea he was Stephen Ambrose's son.  Excellent book.
