Introduction and Training request
« on: June 17, 2015, 02:01:35 PM »
Hey folks! After 3 weeks being around finally got my board access approved! Glad to be part of the community. Hope to add some excitement and entertainment.

I played some AirWarrior back in the AOL days (handle - F4F - CO of the <Red Devils>) if anyone remembers those days. We used to square off against the <33rd> and always got schlaked. LoL. Good times none the less.

Check it out - I'm requesting some trainer time if anyone would be so kind. I hope this is the area to do it. Ive seen a few posts mentioning it here so figured Id ask.

I mainly fly NIK and Ka models. But thats only because thats what I used to fly in AW and was successful at.

I know I have a lot to learn but I am familiar with some ACMs. My SA will get better with time - as with energy management. I just need to fly with someone and ask the plethora of questions I have.  :old:

I will be around wed/thur nights after 9pm est as well as ALL weekend.

Look forward to meeting lots of new folks as well as helping where I can. Mostly I just wanna shoot you all down tho. Hahahah. <S> to all you folks and thanks in advance!

Go BISH!!!!!!!

Welcome,
You'll find there a few people here that use to play AW. In fact you might want to check out this thread. http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,270949.0.html

I'm sure that a trainer will come along and offer up their services anytime now. You can always stop in the Training Arena and ask for help. You will find people in the TA are usually more than willing to help even if they are not trainers. Me included.

Welcome to the sandbox!  Keep in mind, sometimes sand gets thrown around, brush it off and keep playing!

If you log into the Late War Main Arena and ask on the orange text channel (arena wide help channel) for a trainer to meet you in the Training Arena, you are certain to get a response from one of the helpful fellas if they are online.

Hope to see you in the cartoon skies sir!

You can always ask questions here as well, but expect a dozen answers with almost as many opinions. :)
