With the gunnery bug in the film viewer identified again, I started thinking about one of the reasons for keeping films by some of the more aggressive players. If the film is the final arbitration by HTC in debug mode for gunnery, why not a log file of the gunnery information with each press of the trigger? And each of us being hit, logs that gunnery information. Land, sea, and air combat. It can be an option the player has to turn on.

One large problem would be attempts to modify the flat file info to cheat the outcome when two players present their same time window info either to Skuzzy or in the forums.

Still, for all the whizzing matches that are popular entertainment in our forums over who hit who and how, or how not. I can think of many GVers at CraterMA TT, this might give them some solace and reduce their blood pressure.

As much as I LOOOOOOOVE the fight above TT I often leave because the GVers BP skyrockets which in turn causes their turrets to pop off and head skyward. The turrets impact my plane weaking vital parts to which 1 ping deaths insue...oooooooor the turret will hit my plane causing my wing to fall in the stream of bullets from enemy planes. There are many many many times the boiling blood comes out the opposite end and the WHOLE tank shoot skyward and random bullets from enemies that are miiiiiiiiiiles away richochete off the tank and kill my plane.


So I just avoid tank town all together these days. Please please please impliment somthing similar to what bustr wants
