Rick and Morty
« on: August 09, 2015, 09:04:40 AM »
Have you guys watched any of Rick and Morty? I think It's pretty good.

Some backstory. Rick accidntally caused the death of Morty's (Morty is Rick's grandson) family. So Rick took them to an alternate universe where they killed the Rick and Morty from that universe and took their places in reality. It's traumatic yet funny. Conceptually horrific AND funny.

"What about the reality where Hitler cured cancer? The answer is we don't think about it!"

If I ever met Dan Harmon I would buy him a drink.

The mini-episode they did for The Simpsons intro last season was really funny and good.

Meeseeks and Destroy is still my favorite episode.
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

I think season 2 episode 3 was my favorite and not just because of the Community reference. The breakup letter was a bit too real though, but then again that's what makes it a cool show.
