Thanks to the Staff at HTC for the Hospitality
« on: August 26, 2015, 11:19:53 PM »
Stopped by the office today after finishing up my Recurrent at CAE.   What a treat that was.   Spent a terrific couple of hours with Dale, Roy, and "the wonderful young lady who tolerates them every day at the office".  :P

It was a rewarding experience and I enjoyed it tremendously.  Thanks for showing me around and answering all my dumb questions.   Great laughs.  I learned a lot, too.

 :salute

I encourage others to stop by there if they happen to be in the area.   It is worth your time.   Thanks to MaX and Boob for suggesting I do so.

I asked if i could visit and was told they are fully booked up for visits until 2025.

How long did you have to wait?

I was once in Ft Worth for a week long visit at Lockheed. Would have made for a good trip to swing by to personally thank the team for this most excellent game and the people they bring together with it. Even if they would have dialed 9-1- as soon as I arrived....

Yes, and it removes the perception of villainy and/or out-of-touch that many gravitate toward.   These guys are on the ball.   One can disagree with their decisions on some things, but Their reasoning is well thought out.  Regardless, are far more aware than I gave them credit for.

I am glad I stopped by.

Was it a cash bar, or were drinks on the house?

Did you perchance see the Boomerang or G.55 being worked on?
