This is more geared toward the company ...than it is ....us...the customer.

Years ago...I mentioned a website called Justin TV and I talked about how kids were "live broadcasting" their gaming on that channel.......for free.  I mentioned that it was a popular website...and it would be great exposure and free advertising for AH.  I was more/less laughed at.

Today, and many years later......the site is now called "Twitch TV"...as Justin turned his site into one of the most popular gaming sites on the planet... even You Tube is trying to compete with him now.

As far as I know... you can still broadcast your gaming directly on this website......both video and audio...on your own channel......for free.  I would very much recommend the powers that be take a look at it......and if they can.....tap into this max exposure tool to get us some new customers.  I will admit I worry about the attrition rate here.....and I think this is a great way to help that.

again.......I'm just passing along what I think is a great suggestion.  Millions of folks follow that site.  If it brought in 2 to 5 new people per month....I think it's worth it.

Not sure how the logistics work....if you would have to pay someone to come to the offices and play the game to be able to broadcast it......or if you could line up long time customers from here who could sign on and upload their live game....but I do think AH should maintain their own 24/7 Channel there.

I have links on my home computer of a half dozen  people who broadcast on twitch.  Did you happen to search and see if people  were already doing this? Because they are.

Twitch.TV is dead, they just don't know it yet. You really should drop ads into gaming.youtube.com and start pumping our Youtube stars into that site.

perhaps the used to...I looked it up and only found one channel...and it was empty.  not any live broadcasts...and no videos.  if they are there...I could not find them.  that said...an "Official" AH channel is what I am talking about...controlled by AH.

Once you start an account on google they give you $100 to get you to start posting ads, and then they pay you for videos too. Allowing ads on to your video feed is how you make the real money. Make no mistake, Google and YouTube are where the real money is.

I know I don't know how to search that effectively but I just now searched on both youtubegaming and twitch and found zip under AH2 that is AH2 while War Thunder is quite fecund. I watched a few minutes of a couple of idiots trying to do play by play of some sort of tournament with 2 p39s and all I got to say is there is a lot of room for improvement on production technique/value before the esports meme is exhausted vis a vis flight simulators. I would think it could be a "thing" like Red Bull Air Races.

Wouldn't live streaming be a bad idea for things like FSO and Scenarios?

would be good to stream a KOTH from godmode with voice over commentary and play by plays.   I could do that if my PC was better.

for those of you who dont know, it was a squad event back in AW.  cant remember who named it but it was actually because the guy liked the show. and the title fit perfectly.  I believe the event started in maybe '97?

I've always said make subscription free and pay for everything through advertising.  Monster energy drink plane skins, Pepsi billboards in town, Viagra ads scrolling in the cockpit...just kidding....well...

Yeah KOTH and FSOs would be cool. I'd do it but I honestly have no idea what to do. I need an ELI5, foreal. Think I have a twitch account but even know how to do it. Always gotta have 15 different things to make it work... I'm all about getting AH out there and showing them from my perspective how intense it could be.
