T34/85 Optics
« on: September 02, 2015, 01:27:38 PM »
Anyone seen a write up (in english) for the optics in the T34/85? What I would really like to see is something like the Zeiss write up From 75th Squadron on the web.

Hitech placed a ruler for all things in the game. Pull up the offline target and set it to 2000yds. Set the T34\85 reticle against it and count rings. Then do everything below and substitute those Mil values into the Zeiss optics write up.
------------------------
Target ring width - 10ft

Width of large center triangle base - 50ft
Height of large center triangle - 25ft

Width between vertical tick lines - 50ft
Height of vertical thick lines - 7ft

Width of small triangle base - 25ft
Height of small triangle - 12.5ft

--------------------------
S - size in inches
D - distance in inches

S\D = Mil\1000
-----------------------

2000yd = 72000in
50ft = 600in
25ft = 300in
12.5ft = 150in
7ft = 84in

Width Large Triangle | Width between Vertical Tick Lines
50ft
600\72000 = Mil\1000
8.3 = Mil

Height Large Triangle | Width Small Triangle
25ft
300\72000 = Mil\1000
4.1 = Mil

Height Small Triangle
12.5ft
150\72000 = Mil\1000
2.08 = Mil

Height Vertical Tick Lines
7ft
84\72000 = Mil\1000
1.1 = Mil
---------------------------------------

T34\85 reticle at 2000 yards.
