Had to take a sexual misconduct thing at work

Working at a University it's a policy thing and I had to complete an online course by X date or be put on a predator list or something. Was slow this morning so I thought I'd get it knocked out.

I go thru the thing and there's a quiz at the end with a bunch of scenarios and you have to answer what would you do.

One of the scenarios was: "Roy saw Dale crying on a bench...." You can only guess where it went from there! I hadda laugh. What are the chances?

Basically the moral of that story is one should not take advantage of another's fragile emotional state for sexual purposes.

I had to take a corporate version, years ago.

Some of these chicks get upset if you don't cater to their dizzy whims. Usually, I just tell 'em to go do some crying and shopping - then to come back after they've gotten over it. Women are good at that kind of stuff. 

That's parody. I know a couple of female Directors here (pretty sharp, actually). You don't want to cross 'em. Probably significant shopping but very little crying in their portfolio of activities... Of course, they probably think the sensitivity training is bs cover for the OGC anyway, mainly put in place to protect the company against lawsuits.
