My wife is the community manager for a studio here in LA that makes F2P games and she was telling me that a lot of social F2P game studios use the same business model as gambling companies.

At least this doesn't mean HTC has to show some cleavage on the front page. I watch a lot of anime and sometimes the F2P game adds make me think I'm on a pron site. It works in Vegas.

Maybe I should make some custom gunsights wallpapered with anime cuties that show up when you use zoom. meow.....

The datamining really doesn't bother me like it does some people.  The psychology they use to get people addicted is the more bothersome thing to me.
