P-40n vs. Load Out Option
« on: September 21, 2015, 01:18:44 PM »
For you die-hard P-40 guys...

Do you like the 4 or 6 x 50 cal option in the P-40n and why?

Thanks,

With the four-gun version and light ammo load, the N flys just about the same as our old E model did, before the P-40s were reworked.  Very enjoyable plane that way.  With more guns and ammo, though, it becomes a slug.

I like the 4 gun option too, but prefer the heavy ammo load.
The light weight and extra power can keep you alive longer than the other P-40 models.  Makes for a really fun scrapper. :joystick:

There's only one loadout that the any pilot fool enough to be in a p40 needs to worry about and that's blood, lots of it. Because that's what I like to see splattered all over the cockpit when I shred the fetid giblet pilot with my two bredas, Jack Johnson and Tom O'Leary.

4 gun heavy ammo usually turns decent results for me. Im not a die hard but I do enjoy the N and the E models.
