You are NOT ALLOWED to confront a MOD. If you have an issue deal directly with HTC.
there are also some that abuse power. Someone asking why someone was muted should have been met with advice to contact HiTech, not mute the asking customer, that is just rude and should not be acceptable to HiTech for paying customers.
I doubt very much that any abuse their power. All issues brought to HTC attention can be, and will be looked at. If the MOD abuses his power, he won't be a MOD very long, and that may be the least of his troubles. Every time some one comes in here and goes on and on about being abused HTC post the transcripts of the incidents and proves them wrong.
