I'm more concerned the US military cannot distinguish a hospital from an "insurgent base" then says "ooops sorry we'll try not to do it again".

Not yet....but watching the news,I believe could happen anytime.
This was recorded with basic  camera without a filter; from what I was taught the nuke is causing a strong flash,should overexpose the recording ,even damage the sensor from this distance.

It was a real explosion, but definitely not a nuke.

And most (not all) tacital nukes are as big as the Hiroshima bomb so it would look a lot different if a nuke was used.

After a brief research, This is not a new event. It has been "reported" several times since atleast april this year. It is used over and over again and claims are always "Saudi Just nuked Yemen". There is nothing to support that its true. It is a big kaboom but nothing support that a Nuke was involved.

Yeeeaaah, I'm with Bear on this... bunker buster...though the secondary could be the rocket fuel and warheads going off from the secondary explosion. Kind of reminds me of a chemical explosion...rocket fuel...SCUD bunker...kinda adds up.  Also reminds me of that explosion at the port in China a couple months back.
