Rather than repeatedly praising, how about posting a guide for the P 40 in help and training? For that matter, why not do one for the P 39? I dare you to be useful.

Guide to Flying a P-40 

1.  Go to Hangar.  Switch from Favorites to Fighters because it sure won't be found in the former.
2.  Fly P-40.  While climbing out, feel free to finish some chores around the house. 
3.  Encounter random enemy uber plane 10k over your head.  Dodge repeated high speed passes, making a fool of said enemy.
4.  Other enemies in area notice your P-40 icon and abandon ganging a better plane, in order to gang you.
5.  Continue dodging high speed passes, as some will pass right by you and into the ground.  Trees are your friends.
6.  Your inevitable trip to the tower is accompanied by an unsolicited PM, regarding your suckage.

My experience with a P40 is usually in the AvA.
1. Up P40 from airfield.
2. Fly towards IJN CV
3. Fly under the swarm of Zero's
4. Extend and try to reverse under the fire of CV AAA
5. Return to tower after being lambasted by a 5" AA shell that exploded 1 meter above cockpit.

The P-40 has som major disadvantages in AH:
-Really bad climb performance (and acceleration)
-High wing loading
-Low top speed.

Quite a lot of the faster planes can outturn the P-40 plus also holding their E better. If facing an opponent that can Outrun, outturn and outclimb your plane it will be hard to win. It can run from the slowest turn fighters but thats pretty much all.

Best way to be succesful is to join the furball late and BnZ low and slow opponents, disengage and climb back up. Keeping E is vital.

It is really frustrating to not having any strenght to use against your opponent but on the other hand, if you want to be sure that you win because of your superior skills as a pilot, fly the P-40. The plane will not save your *ss when your screw up.

Actually part of the reason I post things like this is to keep a spark going as we wait for the next version. 

Silly I know.  Actually I have more kills so far in a P-40 than any other plane this month.  You want a guide.  Hmmmm...

• Get to know the plane well by putting time in it.
• Expect to die a lot at first.  If you dont die in it you are flying too safe - not learning all its capabilities.
• Then you simply fly it to its advantages while minimizing your opponents advantages.

Class dismissed!  I could say more but it would be less.

My best advice.

1. Get to 15K or higher before you enter a fight or base.

2. BnZ. Never waste all of your energy in one pass. If you miss the target pull up, gain separation and alt, then head back into the fighting zone. Only re-engage immediately if there are no other cons around.

3. Never stick around a fight, low, if there are more than 2 bad guys. They will catch you and they will gang you. Uppers will catch you. You need to stay on the outskirts of the fights and keep your alt.

4. Fly with friendlies. They will clear the 8 cons gaining on you as you plan to escape the enemy base. Trust me, they will help keep you alive.

5. If you see high 190s or other high BnZ planes, do your complete best to stay out of their range. All it takes is for that one high guy to dive on you and cause you to get ganged by the 6 others behind you.

6. You need advanced SA and defense ACM skills in order to kill opponents and not get picked or ganged. Learning defensive ACM will keep you alive much longer and also help you create kills. Just don't get too deep in enemy territory low N slow if you know other cons are on the way.
