(Still grounded for now on this end. Took a short break. PC imploded (I was gonna upgrade, anyway). I had an acute stroke of the brain stem, myself. Sounds weird - "I had a stroke" ... but I'm lucky. No paralysis, no loss of vision, hearing - balance a tad shaky but getting better. I'll be back.  :grin:)

There's fruits and veggies, I try to eat veggies more often since fruit is easy.

I ate kale twice. The second time I had to force it down.

Won't be eating it again.
