Hey maybe I should take the same attitude, people simply don't appreciate the hundreds of thousands of hours a work at creating entertainment for them, nor do they appreciate the amount of BS I tolerate from some people who think they are special simply because they added some content to a game.

But it is time for you to accept the fact no matter how much effort you put in, people can end up still not liking what that effort produced.

I concede any argument or point of conflict I created with HT and submit myself to his superior coading and BBS driveby ability. HT wins I lost this BBS battle.

One point of clarification on the last remark for the record...

I never made the maps so people would like them. skins yes I wanted people to like and I put much effort into them and their accuracy and artistic merit...

terrains were another matter. I wanted to create conflict, destruction and carnage and get peoples planes and tanks destroyed with maximum tears and whining. Much thought went into how to create traps and choke points. I wanted all the people trying to avoid fights to accidentally run into each other and start shooting by simply designing the map to facilitate this collision.

My enemies will despise the maps because I made them and I relish their aggravation. My friends will like the maps because I made them and I am happy they like them. Everyone else will not care one way or the other all they want is something to shoot at and pretty terrain to fly over or drive through while they attempt to do so.


Thus ends my participation in this thread. I now return to the mists from which I came.
