For you who don't know ESPN is the SEC Network literally.  The Big Ten Network is owned and operated by the Big.  SEC Network is ESPN.

Notre Dame sold the television rights to NBC.  I don't know if NBC however still owns the television rights.  When and if NBC did/does that is all you would see advertised on NBC concerning

college football outside of Bowl Games.  It is all about the money folks.  Always was and will be.  Sorta like Social Media.  Say what ya want to and it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be

true.  Only the gullible need apply.

Ultimately, it's all about enjoyment.  If people don't enjoy the setup, they won't pay for it or watch it.  If they enjoy it a lot, the converse is true.

Ultimately, it's all about money.  If people don't fill the setup, they won't make as much money.  If they fill the ratings, the converse is true.

fixed.  :old:

I believe that Fox now owns 51% of the Big Ten Network.

Purdue gets Arizona, which at least sounds like it could be the Rose Bowl.  Better than some directional state or something something tech.  But I don't know how many people in Indiana are gunna go fly to San Fran to see a 6-6 team play in a bowl game.  Rather have a bowl in some middle ground, like Texas somewhere.

And oh yeah, at least its not Candlestick Park.  That place always looked like the worst natural grass football venue in the NFL.

This is the Captain.  We have a lil' problem with our entry sequence so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

This just in: Purdue won!  A winning record, who would have thought?

And oh yeah, this was pretty good: https://twitter.com/YahooDrSaturday/status/946218742631075841/photo/1

I’d just like to point out that my Alma Mater, Appalachian State, is 3-3 in Bowl Games since we moved to the Sunbelt.

They beat the Wolverines in 2007, when the Wolverines were ranked #5.  :uhoh

Congratulations to the Michigan State Spartans on their big win.

I felt bad for Washington State and figured they'd have a very tough time without the awesome Luke Falk.
