Well . . . Oklahoma is a very good team.

I was hoping that Ohio State would win everything until they play Michigan, and that Michigan would then beat them.  Hey, I've got my goals, you know?  :aok

Of course, Michigan didn't have the easiest time on offense vs. the Bearcats, so they've got some work to do, I know.

Michigan needs time to get really good.  They can play at a elite level with solid blocking. Ty is looking good.  At some point Speight needs to be accurate.

Ohio is ready for two losses and that's a good thing.
They got a preview yesterday, down Cincinnati down osu.  :D

Go Blue!

was ugly most the game against the Bearcats gotta get better.  Looking at a 2-3 loss season I think that right side of the oline really looks questionable

I'm content to see how it goes for Michigan.  They lost a lot of guys, have a lot of young guys, and I didn't think they'd step in and have it all working right away.  I was pleasantly surprised by how well and quickly the defense got up to speed.  The offense is taking longer, but as you say, they've got several bright spots there, and we'll see if they are able to improve week by week.

As for Ohio State, I would not bet on them continuing to look like how they did playing Oklahoma.  They have a great coach and a lot of talented guys.  I think they will still be very good.

At what point do you just stop watching, or do you keep watching because it's like looking away from a train wreck?

Let's be more precise:  "Big 10 wish I were a winner AND SPECIAL!"  :aok

I love those Wolverines.  They will win some and probably lose some, but I love watching the games and talking about it.  I'm happy if they have a good season, get into a bowl, and win it.

Only Alabama can usually sit around and gloat about how great they are.  Can anyone can give them a good challenge this year?  Clemson again?  No one?  I don't know and will like seeing it pan out whichever way it goes.

Maybe ones who are 80 years old, but not the ones I know (and I'm no spring chicken).  We are well aware of the Rich Rod and Hoke years and are now interested in the Harbaugh years.  We're looking forward, not back. :aok

It will take some games to know how the Wolverine offense goes.  Defense so far looks pretty good.

I'll also be interested to see how it goes for Michigan State and for Ohio State.  Michigan State last year was bizarrely bad, so I'm wondering what they'll be like this year.  Ohio State has a bunch of great players and a great coach, but looked totally flat vs. Oklahoma.  Will they remain that way or, like last year after the loss to Penn State, look much better afterwards?

As for Alabama, I suspect they might dominate everyone again this year.  Will Clemson be able to challenge them again in the playoffs?  I don't know.

What teams do you think would give Alabama the biggest challenge?

Too early to tell for me to speculate.  Bama has weakness on the offensive side of the ball too.  They are vulnerable
