I can back this...

Sometime last month policy change . I use the prepaid program for WiFi and since now it is a improper use of connection my device "my PC" and all other devices "my cell and laptop that ever used  my WiFi account are now banned... Haven't had internet for the last month and can't afford a real plan at the time.

So now I need to mooch off my girlfriend again just long enough to run KOTH tomorrow.
